Happy Birthday, Victor Fleming!
"Obstacles make a better picture."
Fleming would've turned 127 today! Having directed two of the most-seen and well-loved films of the 20th century, The WIZARD OF OZ and GONE WITH THE WIND, he later made the great movies A GUY NAMED JOE, written by Dalton Trumbo and starring Spencer Tracy (and later remade by S****n S****berg as the unwatchable ALWAYS) and JOAN OF ARC with Ingrid Bergman (a movie people love to shit all over but, honestly, watch it. It's great!).
